Poor product and customer service

Disappointed with the overall product and customer service. Received my 2 boxes and packing was done poorly, to the point the a majority of the panels has paint damage bigger than a half dollar. Darker colored stones were poorly painted, with the dark color painted onto the lighter stones next to it and the edges of the dark stone still left in the bare foam state. For the price of these, you’d think there would be more care taken with production and shipping. Now extra man hours will need to be used to correct these issues. Reached out to customer service about these issues and never heard back. Definitely will not be ordering from here in the future.

Shipping

You need to get your shipping ridiculousness handled the shipping fees are outrageous. Went to another company sad because your product is good.

Cabin bar

Got the white stacked stone and used it for cabin bar . Was very easy to cut to fit and touch up paint perfect match to cover screws and flaws and caulk. Looks awesome very happy !
