10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All URESTONE products carry a 10 year warranty to withstand normal effects of exterior weathering. This warranty is in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranty and provides coverage against peeling, cracking and rotting or deterioration. The warranty does not cover Acts of God including, but not limited to hurricanes, tornados, floods and earthquakes, airborne contamination or harsh cleaning solutions, damage resulting from accidents, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, or improper maintenance. The URESTONE system is manufactured with a UV resistant coloring system that provides a long-term color appearance however, like anything exposed to the sun, some fading could occur and therefore the warranty does not cover against sun fading. When manufacturer determines that the panel(s) are defective, the liability is limited to replacing or repairing the defective panel and does not include any other labor costs or other costs involved. Neither seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirectly arising from any cause whatsoever. PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR ALL CLAIMS NEEDS A DATED INVOICE COPY, RECEIPT OR SALES TICKET. WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
