20-Year Limited Warranty for URESTONE Panels

TERM COVERAGE

This Limited Warranty is valid for 20 years from the original purchase date and is prorated according to the Warranty Coverage Schedule outlined below. It applies exclusively to the original purchaser or warranty registrant and is non-transferable to subsequent property owners. In cases where URESTONE Panels are purchased by a third-party contractor on behalf of a homeowner, the homeowner is eligible to register the warranty for the URESTONE Products installed on their property. Warranties MUST be registered within 365 days of initial delivery date.

CAULKING REQUIREMENTS

For this warranty to remain valid, the following caulking requirements must be adhered to:

• Interior installations: Caulk must be used to completely fill all seams between panels and any adjoining materials. RU recommends TEC or Tremco Dymonic 100.

• Exterior installations: Tremco Dymonic 100 caulk must be used to completely fill all seams between panels and any adjoining materials. Failure to use the specified caulking brands as outlined above will void this warranty.

Replications Unlimited warrants that the Products will:

• Not peel, crack, split, or rot.

• Withstand normal outdoor conditions for the duration of the warranty period.

• Not rust or corrode due to their polyurethane composition.

A manufacturing defect shall only constitute the following:

• Flaking, peeling, or structural splitting.

• Product contraction greater than 0.5% of the original size of the Product.

• Damage resulting from fire, flood, lightning, hurricane, tornado, windstorm, earthquake, or any other Act of God.

• Damage caused by animals, plants, or fungi.

• Damage caused by harmful chemicals.

• Distortion or warping due to excessive heat sources.

• Mold and mildew accumulation.

• Damage incurred during shipment or handling not reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Color changes due to excessive weathering, including sunlight exposure.

• Color changes due to heat exposure.

• Damage from falling objects, impact, or vandalism.

• Claims resulting from improper installation of the product as outlined in the Replications Unlimited Installation Guide.

• Damage, shrinkage, or discoloration caused by the use of caulking products not approved by Replications Unlimited.

REMEDY ACTIONS

If Replications Unlimited, in its sole discretion, determines that you have a valid warranty claim, Replications will undertake the following:

• Provide replacement materials, or;

• Provide for contractor(s), materials, and process instructions to repair damage, or;

• Refund the purchase price of the portion of the product associated with the defect, prorated according to the Warranty Coverage Schedule outlined below, upon return of the defective product to the Replications Unlimited manufacturing facility. Custom or non-standard products may be subject to a 30% restocking fee, and any damage incurred during return shipping will be deducted from the total value of the product.

Our obligations under this Warranty will in no event exceed the purchase price of the portion of the Products found to be defective. Any additional costs, including labor, shipping, or installation, are the responsibility of the warranty registrant, subject to the discretion of Replications Unlimited.

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

To initiate a claim for a registered warranty, contact our warranty services department at warranty@repunlimited.com or download the claim form from the Replications Unlimited website. You must submit your claim form within the warranty period and within 30 days after discovering the defect.

Replications Unlimited may require specific information to process your claim, including photos, samples, or measurements. Failure to provide requested information could result in a delay or denial of your claim.

OTHER LIMITATIONS

• Replacement Products may differ in gloss or color due to normal weathering or changes in manufacturing.

• Replications Unlimited reserves the right to discontinue or change any design or color of its Products without notice or liability. If the original Products are unavailable, a comparable product may be substituted.

• This warranty excludes any damages caused by the installer during the installation process.

• No other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are granted by this Warranty.

• Replications Unlimited reserves the sole discretion to waive the warranty in specific cases or circumstances.
