Return Policy

    • Any return request must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or credit.
    • Products cannot be returned if they have been cut or altered in any way.
    • Products must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped out.
    • If you are returning a product due to damage during shipment, please refer to our shipment policy for further instructions.
    • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Return Procedure:

    2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) if the return is approved.
    3. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your exchange or credit within 7 business days. Please note that the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    4. If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship the requested replacement product to you at no additional cost.

    Incomplete Shipments:

    If your order arrives with missing items or incomplete, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving the shipment. You can reach us by phone, email, or through our website's contact form. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the missing items.
    2. Our customer service team will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
    3. If we confirm that an item was missing from your shipment, we will ship the missing item(s) to you at no additional cost. Alternatively, we may offer a refund or credit for the missing item(s) based on your preference.

    Damaged Products:

    If your order arrives with damaged items, please follow these steps:

    1. Carefully inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any visible signs of damage to the package, please make a note of it with the delivery personnel and take photos of the damages if possible.
    2. Contact our customer service team immediately to report the damage. You can reach us by phone, email, or through our website's contact form. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and attach any relevant photos.
    3. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to proceed. This may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
    4. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as offering a replacement, repair, refund, or credit for the damaged item(s) based on the specific circumstances.

    Please note that the process and resolution for incomplete shipments and damaged products may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of the items. We strive to address any such occurrences promptly and to your satisfaction. All claims for incomplete shipments and damages must be filed and a representative must receive a claim file via email/call/contact form within 7 days of receiving. No claim will be handled if documentation is not provided. In some instances, the damaged goods will need to be sent back to send a replacement.
