Although our panels are incredibly realistic, keep in mind that they are not a stone product, we manufacture them utilizing high-density polyurethane. You can use all of our polyurethane panels around a fireplace opening, insert, or stove, provided you follow the manufacturer’s specifications for required clearances. Please adhere to your local fire codes for safety.

Yes, URESTONE panels are hand-painted using high-quality exterior paints and are UV proof.

Yes, URESTONE panels can be glued to cement with construction adhesive. You can also use “Tap Con” masonry screws in each corner of the panel. The caulking we provide will hide the screw heads. This is a very common application.

That depends on which series is in question. The URESTONE Large Designer Series and URESTONE Wainscot Series are made from a combination of urethane hard-coat and high-density foam. The URESTONE Lite 2’x4′ Series is produced solely from high-density foam.

Our URESTONE Large Designer Series and URESTONE Wainscot Series ship directly to you (or your job site) via LTL freight. The URESTONE Lite 2’x4′ Series is smaller and can be shipped out by FedEx. Shipping is an additional cost.

Cleaning URESTONE panels is easy. For exterior applications, simply rinse them down with a garden hose. For interior applications, you can wash them with soap and water or a mild detergent.

Yes, URESTONE panels are completely waterproof and are extremely durable. When cleaning, please use only a mild detergent and make sure not to use any harsh or bleach-based cleaners. The panels can be sealed in with a polyurethane sealer for easier cleaning if needed.

Yes, you can install URESTONE panels on a curved wall. Most panels will only require a little extra glue and screws. Depending on the radius and thickness of the panels, it might also be necessary to heat them up or even score the back of the panel to achieve installation.
