Shipping depends on the series and size. URESTONE Professional Designer Panels (4x8) and Wainscot Panels (42x96) ship on a pallet via LTL freight directly to your home, business, or job site. URESTONE Lite 2x4 panels ship parcel (typically UPS). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or on your quote. We currently offer free shipping to the continental US for our Urestone Lite series and accessories. If you believe the shown shipping quote on your checkout screen is incorrect, please contact us.

• Freight for large panels: 4x8 Designer and 42" x 96" Wainscot panels are palletized for protection and ship LTL freight with curbside delivery

• Parcel for Lite: 2x4 URESTONE Lite panels ship in protective cartons via ground parcel for easier handling and lower costs on small orders

• Delivery locations: residential, commercial, and job sites are supported

• Scheduling: freight carriers call to schedule a delivery window; someone 18+ should be present to receive and inspect the shipment

• Receiving and inspection: count pieces, check for visible damage, and note any issues on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph packaging and product if there is damage

• Access and handling: ensure trucks can reach the site. Move panels to a flat, dry area and keep protected until installation

• Combined orders: accessories like keyless corners, end caps, and touch-up kits may arrive in separate boxes or on the same pallet depending on order size

• Tracking and updates: you will receive tracking for parcel shipments and relevant numbers for freight

• Costs: freight or parcel rates vary by destination, panel series, and quantity. Ask us for the most economical ship method for your project if your shipping cost concerns you
