What do Urestone panels feel like?
Realistic and textured. URESTONE faux stone, faux brick, and faux wood panels are molded from real materials, so the face has the same split-face ridges, grout lines, and wood grain you expect from natural stone, brick, or timber. Because URESTONE panels include an insulating core with an approximate R-value of 5 to 7, they do not feel cool to the touch like traditional stone or brick. That added insulation is a benefit: surfaces feel more comfortable year-round, and walls gain thermal performance while still showcasing authentic molded stone, brick, or wood detail.
Details
-
Surface texture: crisp, three-dimensional relief that matches real stone, brick joints, and wood grain
-
Finish: hand-painted, multi-step color that reads natural in both indoor and outdoor lighting
-
Temperature feel: added insulation means the surface is not cold like solid stone or brick
-
Hardness: protective urethane hard-coat provides a durable, impact-resistant shell for daily wear
-
Weight: lightweight construction feels solid when mounted but is easier to lift and cut than masonry
-
Seams: interlocking edges create a continuous stacked stone or brick look with minimal detectable transitions
-
Sound and comfort: added thickness and foam core can soften reflected sound compared with bare drywall for interior and exterior projects
-
Touch-ups: small nicks can be blended with color-matched touch-up kits to keep the texture and color consistent
-
Made in USA: consistent quality control and realistic detail
