Are your panels code approved in my state?
While we have had installations completed in all 50 states in the USA, multiple territories, European countries, and Canadian provinces, code approval depends on your local building administration. Some municipalities have pre-approved URESTONE for certain applications, but we cannot confirm approval for your specific state or city in case of code changes. Always verify with your local building department.
What we can provide for approvals:
-
Product data: composition, sizes, weight, installation methods
-
Fire information: standard panels and optional Class A fire-rated versions with available ASTM E84 test data
-
Exterior use: weather/UV information and maintenance guidance
-
Substrates and fasteners: approved surfaces, adhesive types, screw schedules
-
Details and instructions: corner/end-cap details, expansion and sealing, flashing at windows/doors/roofs
-
Warranty and care: cleaning and touch-up guidance for long-term performance
How to get a quick yes from your local municipality:
-
Share your project address, use (residential or commercial), and where the panels will be installed (interior, exterior, near heat).
-
Ask your code office if they require specific documents (fire test data, installation instructions, product data sheet).
- Refer to this sheet for information, or submit it to them for approval.
